Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VibeCC ("Service"), operated by VibeCC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

VibeCC is an AI coding traffic control plane that routes, governs, and observes AI model requests across multiple providers. The Service includes VibeCC Console, VibeCC Relay, VibeCC Insights, VibeCC Guardrails, and VibeCC PromptOps.

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization to these Terms. By creating an account you represent that these conditions are met.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to access AI provider APIs in violation of those providers' terms
  • Circumvent rate limits or abuse the routing infrastructure
  • Attempt to extract model weights, system prompts, or internal configurations
  • Resell or sublicense API access without written permission
  • Use the Service for illegal activities or in violation of any applicable law

4. Credits and Billing

  • Credits are prepaid and non-refundable except as described in the Refund Policy
  • Credits expire 12 months after purchase
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice; existing credits are honored at the rate purchased

5. Data and Privacy

We process request metadata (latency, token counts, provider) for billing and observability. We do not store prompt content by default. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Service Level

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the Inference Gateway. Planned maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance via the Status Page.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Unused credits are forfeited on termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
