What the installer does

Detects your shell, prompts for the VibeCC API key (or reads VIBECC_API_KEY).
Backs up the current ~/.claude/settings.json to a timestamped sibling.
Merges ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL and ANTHROPIC_AUTH_TOKEN into the existing env block — no other keys are touched.
Re-running is safe — every run regenerates the env block and creates a fresh backup.
