Refund Policy

Credits

VibeCC operates on a prepaid credit model. Credits are:

• Non-refundable except as described below
• Non-transferable between organizations
• Valid for 12 months from purchase date

Exceptions — We will refund if:

How to Request

Email billing@vibecc.io with:

1. Your organization ID (from Console → Settings)
2. Transaction ID
3. Description of the issue

We respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in account suspension while under review.

Stripe Payments (USD)

Stripe refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

SePay Payments (VND)

Bank transfers are non-reversible after ledger credit. Refunds are issued as additional credits.
